Yaz Lawsuit We have received reports that Bayer announced to its stockholders in a recent new letter that it has paid out one hundred and forty two million dollars thus far to settle a portion of the outstanding Yaz Lawsuits. Even in the face of these huge Yaz Lawsuit settlements, Bayer Healthcare still reported profits and sales in the first quarter that were higher than analyst expected. In 2010 along Bayer reported sales of over one billion five hundred million dollars in birth control product sales alone.

Some stock analyst predict that Bayer may have to pay out as much as or more than two billion six hundred and sixty five million dollars to settle the entire Yaz Lawsuit docket it faces. These estimates could easily be low in that Yaz was and still is one of the bestselling birth control pills of all time. Millions of women have taken Yaz and it is not possible to put an accurate figure to how many women who were injured by Yaz have Yet to file a Yaz Lawsuit or even talk to a Yaz Lawyer.
