Program Manager of Witness, a media and human rights organization. He is a video producer, trainer, and human rights advocate. He works with WITNESS partners in Asia. He joined WITNESS after completing a Master's Degree in Public Policy as a Kennedy Memorial Scholar at Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government, where he focused on international development and media. Sam has worked as a television researcher and producer, and for development organizations in Nepal and Vietnam , and holds a BA from Oxford University in History and Spanish. He speaks fluent Spanish and English, conversational French, and basic Nepali.
