The plaintiffs further allege that this exposure to asbestos led to the development of Mesothelioma Cancer and ultimately to the death of their family member.
Mesothelioma Lawsuits based on the wrongful death of a loved one are not unusual. In many ways these cases do not differ greatly from other Mesothelioma Lawsuits. The allegations made in a Mesothelioma Lawsuit alleging wrongful death are generally based on an employer exposing an employee to Asbestos which later resulted in that employee developing Mesothelioma Cancer. The primary difference in a Mesothelioma Lawsuit claiming wrongful death and a Mesothelioma Lawsuit filed by a living Mesothelioma Cancer victim is that the plaintiffs are family members or heirs of the defendant instead of the defendant themselves. The facts of the case , with the exception of the addition of the fact that the Mesothelioma Cancer Victim died, do not change.
